Five o'clock in the morning has always been sacred to me. Then my son Noah was born, and he could hear my eyes open. For years I guarded that hour as mine. This Father's Day, I reflect on faithful fatherhood—the kind that reflects our Heavenly Father—and on the God who fathers the fatherless. For the past eight weeks, I have walked alongside my older sister through a profound mental crisis that required her hospitalization. Her descent connects directly to a teaching from Five Aspects Theology of Man titled "Derangement"—Scripture's sobering witness to what happens when idolatry runs its course. Saul, Nebuchadnezzar, and 2 Thessalonians 2:9–12 all testify to the same reality: God turns rebels over to delusion.
