Steve Ramey and his wife Marie have lived and worked with Christian missions in Austria since 1977. In the early years they ministered in communist countries of Eastern Europe and the Soviet Union with The Navigators. In the 1990s, they focused on Austria and Kazakhstan, founding a mission named ResourceLinks, to train individuals in the context of the larger body of Christ in order to build up others in the Word. The Rameys have three children, and live near Vienna, Austria.
