Men have a desperate need today for something more than simply additional or better knowledge. They must succeed in putting what they do know into their lives. Paul Stanley has led studies through ICGS' Five Aspects of Man with over 120 men, and he knows that without mentoring and continual coaching, old ways are difficult to change. Designed primarily for men who want to mentor other men, this workshop will draw together over 30 years of Paul's mentoring leaders and helping men to live out what God has made them to be. Paul explains critical steps in mentoring and apply them to the challenge of mentoring sons and younger men, even older men. As an author and frequent speaker on developing men and leaders, Paul provides practical and insightful instruction in how to bring about life change in men.
Paul Stanley served in Europe for 11 years, pioneering The Navigator ministries in Eastern Europe and the USSR. When he returned to the U.S., Paul was a Vice President for the U.S. Navigators for six years. He is now a member of the International Executive Team, which guides Navigator ministries in more than 100 countries. Paul was instrumental in developing and field-testing men's curriculum materials published by ICGS.
